By registering an account, accessing the jilipart website, or using any service provided by jilipart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jilipart's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the jilipart platform. Your continued use of jilipart following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the jilipart platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

To register and use a jilipart account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jilipart strictly complies with Philippine gaming regulations that prohibit gambling by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilipart platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your jilipart account.

jilipart reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

To access jilipart's gaming services, you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the jilipart registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If jilipart identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Keep your jilipart login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• Notify jilipart immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jilipart implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. This is a standard requirement for PAGCOR-compliant platforms.

jilipart reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where jilipart has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

jilipart accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jilipart's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your jilipart account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilipart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified jilipart account.
• jilipart aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• jilipart reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where jilipart has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

jilipart complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored, and suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

jilipart offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the jilipart account verification process, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• jilipart reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• jilipart's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Specific promotions such as the jilipart welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers will each carry their own terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipart platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of jilipart.
• Using the jilipart platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any other automated or artificial means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the jilipart platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement from jilipart.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt jilipart's systems, servers, or networks.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the jilipart platform without express written permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilipart staff or other players through any communication channel.

jilipart employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies. Players who engage in fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the jilipart platform — including but not limited to the jilipart brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilipart or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilipart platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any jilipart content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilipart content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilipart software or technology.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from jilipart content.

Any unauthorised use of jilipart's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilipart reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilipart's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilipart platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilipart account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilipart shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to the jilipart platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilipart's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the jilipart platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The jilipart platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilipart makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

jilipart is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. jilipart provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilipart account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

jilipart reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if jilipart has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the jilipart platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending bets or game rounds in progress at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with jilipart's standard rules.
• Any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to jilipart's verification and AML obligations, unless the termination is due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case jilipart reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.
• Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also request the closure of your jilipart account at any time by contacting jilipart support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, jilipart encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool, which provides additional safeguards.

Your continued use of the jilipart platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the jilipart platform and may request account closure by contacting jilipart support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilipart platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jilipart support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction. jilipart operates within a PAGCOR-compliant framework, and players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits jilipart's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
